Over the years, I have built up quite a collection of vintage haberdashery, textiles and beads. Much of it, I cannot bear to part with, but some of it I am intending to put together as sewing kits or packs. Many of the kits will include my hand-painted lace appliqués.

The kits will contain a sewing pattern and instructions, along with all materials required to complete the project. For example, I will be offering kits for small purses that contain English wool tweed, Sudbury silk, and a pretty hand-painted lace appliqué to finish. I shall also be offering the painted lace in colour co-ordinated packs along with some button badge and ring kits I have produced using the lace in conjunction with vintage fabrics, buttons and beads (see main image).   The initial kits will be: Textile button badge kits with painted lace and vintage fabrics Tweed silk and lace coin purse kits Clutch bag kits trimmed with hand-painted lace Painted lace jewellery kits (including rings) Vintage buckle and button necklace kits
